OPERATIONS

Troost Market Collective (Troost Mar-Co.) is a joint venture, founded and operated by Crissy Dastrup, owner of Dastrup Creative Group, LLC (DCG) and Katie Mabry van Dieren, owner of Strawberry Swing Indie Craft Fair (SSICF). Troost Mar-Co operates as a 501(c)(3), and acts as the design-build master (anchor) tenant of a group of real estate assets along the 3100 block of Troost between Linwood and 31st Street.

Memberships sustain overhead. Additional funding is raised with revenues allocated to four major categories:

  1. Shared collective equipment and resources;
  2. Subsidized collective memberships (priority will be given to qualified tenants living east of Troost);
  3. Key operations/staffing;
  4. Programming & community outreach that create opportunities for current and future residents living east of Troost.

Troost Mar-Co. also has underwriting opportunities for services and materials.
